The terms governing your use of the WM Tech Solutions platform and services.

By accessing or using the WM Tech Solutions platform ("Platform"), including any API, dashboard, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
WM Tech Solutions Inc. provides AI-powered ecommerce support automation services including, but not limited to: automated return approval, order tracking automation, COD fraud detection, WhatsApp AI assistance, ticket summarization, and analytics dashboards ("Services"). Access to specific features depends on your subscription plan as described on our Pricing page.
You must register an account with accurate information using a valid business email that matches your public website domain. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately at security@wmtechsolutions.online if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. WM Tech will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to:
WM Tech's AI models are trained to high accuracy standards but are not infallible. All AI decisions — return approvals, fraud scores, ticket summaries — are logged with full reasoning and are overridable by you at any time. You retain final responsibility for business decisions made using WM Tech output. WM Tech is not liable for losses arising from AI decisions you choose to act on without review, including wrongly approved returns or incorrectly flagged legitimate orders. We recommend configuring escalation thresholds appropriate to your risk tolerance.
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Platform, including order data, customer data, and product photos. WM Tech processes this data as a Data Processor on your behalf. We may use aggregated, anonymized, non-identifiable data derived from Platform usage to improve our AI models and services. We will never sell or share your identifiable store data with third parties without your explicit consent.
We commit to 99.9% monthly uptime for Starter and Growth plans, and 99.99% for Enterprise plans. Uptime is calculated excluding scheduled maintenance windows (announced at least 48 hours in advance) and force majeure events. Status is monitored at status.wmtechsolutions.online. In the event of an SLA breach, Enterprise customers are entitled to service credits as specified in their Enterprise Agreement.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. WM Tech may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for material violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a security risk to the Platform. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WM Tech's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to WM Tech in the 12 months preceding the claim. WM Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
