Common questions.

What counts as an AI conversation?
A conversation is a complete interaction session — one customer, one issue, resolved by AI. A WhatsApp thread about a return counts as one conversation, regardless of how many back-and-forth messages it takes. Human agent sessions don't count toward your limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Upgrades are prorated to your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional conversation packs ($9 per 1,000). We never cut off service without warning — your customers always get a response.
Is the free trial a full version of the platform?
Yes — the 14-day trial gives you full access to the Growth plan, including WhatsApp, fraud detection, and multi-store dashboard. No credit card required to start. If you don't want to continue, cancel before day 14 and you won't be charged anything.
Does Enterprise pricing include setup and onboarding?
Yes. Every Enterprise contract includes a dedicated onboarding engineer who handles store connections, policy configuration, and custom integration setup. Typical enterprise go-live time is 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of custom integrations.
Are there any per-agent or per-user seat fees?
None. We charge by AI conversation volume, not by the number of users or agents on your account. You can invite your entire support team, operations team, and management to the dashboard at no additional cost on any plan.
