Fraud scoring latency improvements and WhatsApp stability fix

This patch addresses a latency regression in the payment fraud scoring endpoint introduced in v1.4.0, and resolves a rare chat session drop bug affecting stores with high message concurrency.

  • Fix Fraud scoring p99 latency reduced from 420ms back to target 140ms after model serving optimization
  • Fix Chat session drops under high concurrency (>50 simultaneous conversations) — resolved connection pool sizing issue
  • Imp Fraud signal logging now includes score_contribution breakdown in all webhook payloads
